Cadence / Beta Access
Beta Access · limited cohort

Be one of the first
to run on Cadence.

We're onboarding a small group of operators into the Cadence beta. There's one setup step: we connect to the tools you already run, and the agents take it from there.

1You authorize access. Approve one least-privilege admin user across your stack.
2We connect & configure. Cadence wires into your tools — usually within a day.
3The agents run. Coverage, onboarding, compliance, and pay start running themselves.
System access authorization

To set Cadence up for your operation, we create one least-privilege admin / integration user in the systems you run — POS, scheduling, payroll, timekeeping. A few minutes now, and the agents take it from there.

What this allows

  • Create an admin / integration user in each system below
  • Read schedules, shifts, time & attendance, and roster data needed for setup
  • Configure the connections so Cadence can run

What we won't do

  • Change pay rates, run payroll, or move funds
  • Touch business data beyond what setup requires
  • Share your data with any outside party

You stay in control

  • Access is least-privilege and kept confidential
  • Revoke anytime — disable the user or tell us
  • Access and stored credentials are removed on request

Something went wrong — please email us at beta@cadencework.ai.

By requesting access you agree we may contact you about the Cadence beta. We never ask for passwords — you create any admin user yourself, inside each system, on your terms. This request covers setup only and doesn't replace any master services agreement.

You're on the list. 🎉

Thanks — we've got your request and we'll be in touch shortly with next steps to get Cadence connected to your stack.

Why now

Early operators shape what Cadence becomes.

Beta partners get hands-on onboarding, direct access to our team, and a say in the roadmap — while their operation starts running itself.
